These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wonderful Wishlist application (“the App”) provided by MYGREATHOST GLOBAL SYSTEMS LTD (Company No. 11005955, registered in England & Wales), with registered address at 25 Norway Gate, SE16 7TR London, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the App, you (“the Merchant”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App immediately.

2. Service Description

The App provides wishlist functionality for Shopify stores, allowing customers to save products, create multiple wishlists, and share them. The App includes a merchant admin dashboard for customisation, analytics and billing management.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • The App offers a 14-day free trial from the date of installation.
  • After the trial, a paid subscription (Pro or Premium) is required to continue using the App.
  • All billing is handled through Shopify’s billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, the App will continue to function until the end of the current billing period.
  • A 7-day grace period is provided after subscription expiry before features are disabled.
  • Refunds are subject to Shopify’s refund policies.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a Merchant, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the App is compatible with your theme and store configuration
  • Managing customer data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR and any local regulations)
  • Responding to customer data requests forwarded by the App in a timely manner
  • Ensuring your use of the App complies with Shopify’s Terms of Service

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, design, documentation and branding, is the intellectual property of MYGREATHOST GLOBAL SYSTEMS LTD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App in connection with your Shopify store for the duration of your subscription.

6. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • Wishlist data is stored as Shopify metaobjects and is subject to Shopify’s platform limitations and availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MYGREATHOST GLOBAL SYSTEMS LTD from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
